Shanghai Anji Enterprises Co.,Ltd.originated from Shanghai Jintai Special-purpose Radio Equipment Factory and founded in 1992,is located in Jiading District,Shanghai and owns a 24,000m2 plant.It is a private enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of electronic, magnetic material processing equipment,magnetic material AOI equipment,product inspection equipment and mold processing and manufacturing equipment.
In year 2014 Shanghai Anji Software Technology Co.,Ltd was established and the main product of this company is AOI equipment focus on permentmagnet material detection.
The Company was included in the "Spark Plan" of Jiading District,Shanghai in 1994 and passed ISO9001 audit in 2005.In year 2012 it was awarded "Shanghai High-tech Enterprise".With over two decades of ardupus effort and development,the Company has now become a production capacity of over 4000 machines and an output value of over RMB 200 million.As the business keeps enlarging and the machine inventory keeps increasing,the Company has set up offices in Beijing,Taiyuan,Shenzhen,Ningbo,Hengdian,etc.since 2002 successively.The Company also provides excellent after-sales service while aggressively exploring markets,so as to ensure cuntomer satisfaction on purchase and use.
The Company set up Shanghai Ruiyuan Magnetic Material Technology Co.,Ltd.jointly with Baotou Research Institute of Rare Earths in 2005,and Ganzhou Jintai New Materials Co.,Ltd.in 2007,ebtering into field of producing and processing rare earth permanent magnetic materials.
Currently,the Company produces the following products:eight-sation inside diameter slicer of fully automatic digital control,multiple-line cutter(fretsaw),full-automatic optical inspection machine,multiple-station full-automatic driller and high-precision full-automatic grinder,inside diameter slicer of fully automatic digital control and different models and supporting parts.Such equipment is featured by the capacity of precisely processing crispy and hard materials and widely used in the indstries such as rare earth permanent magnent material,machinery manufacturing,mold making,optical instrument,gemstone and ceramic processing,silicon single crystal processing and plastic manufacturing.
The Comapny is innovation-oriented and engaged in the R&D of new products.The Company set up a production-research base together with East China University of Science and Technology in 2006 and,after three years of effort,successfully developed leading products within the industry such as multiple-line cutter (fretsaw) of digital control,eight-station inside diameter slicer of fully fully automatic digital control,multiple-station full-automatic driller and high-precision full-automatic grinder in 2008.The eight-station inside diameter slicer of fully automatic digital control may cut eight pieces of materials with a single blade at the same time,and has the advantages of energy conservation,small footprint,small pollution,manpower reduction,etc.The full-automatic machine vision inspection,machine is developed independently by the Company in 2012.Without human supervision,the equipment could inspect the size and appearance of magnetic materials with extremely small specification at the speed of 300-500 pieces per minute,significantly saving inspector manpower.All the above mentioned produvts have natioanal patents.
